Contributor
Guidelines
- Contributors are welcome to create any digital content for the zine so long as one character depicted is a loli or a shota.
- All fictional themes are welcome, including but not limited to:
- Hardcore content such as non-consent, incest, gore, bodily functions, whump and grooming.
- Canonical characters, original characters, fanon interpretations, self-insert characters, and RPF of people over the age of 18.
- Ship art, whether platonic, sexual or romantic.
- Any gender presentations or sexual orientations, canon or otherwise.
- Contributors will maintain all rights to their work.
- Contributors may submit their work anonymously or under a pen name.
- All contributions must be new or unreleased work, and we ask that contributors wait two weeks after the zine is released to post their contributions publicly.
- The use of generative AI in contributions is prohibited and will result in a permanent ban from this zine and future zines organized by the moderators.
- When applying, please provide:
- Your name, email and an alternate way to contact you.
- Any links you would like to share, including somewhere we can view samples of your work.
- What you would like to contribute as (artist, writer, merch artist, etc.)
- A contribution pitch in as much detail as you'd like. You are not required to commit to your pitch at this time.
Zine specifications
Lolisho Lover Zine will be formatted for print in a A4 format.
Visual Art:
- Single Page: 2480px x 3508px + 20px bleed, CMYK / 300 DPI
- Two-page Spread: 4960px x 3508px + 20px bleed, CMYK / 300 DPI
- Spot Art: 5" x 5", 300 DPI minimum
Writing:
- 6,000 word limit
- Please highlight bold or italics in your story.
Digital Merch:
- Discord Emojis: RGB, 128px x 128px minimum
- PFP/Icons: RGB, 500px x 500px minimum
- Phone Wallpapers: RGB, 1920px x 1080px, 300 DPI
- Desktop Wallpapers: RGB, 3840px x 2160px, 300 DPI
Printable Merch:
- Bookmarks: 2" x 6", CMYK / 300 DPI
- Paper Dolls: 8.5" x 11", CMYK / 300 DPI
- Activity Sheets: 8.5" x 11", CMYK / 300 DPI
Podfics must be recorded in mp3 format. Recording format TBA.
Cosplay submissions must be one new or unreleased photo. The cosplay does not have to have been made specifically for the zine.
Alternative art must be photographed in high quality.
